The upper bodice and pretty 3/4 sleeves are made with the softest lined white quality lace.  This is a lightweight dress, perfect for hot beach destinations

This is matched perfectly with a white straight layered longer length tulle skirt.  (*Length finish depends on height of the child).   The skirt is lined with a light cotton lining and nipped in along the waist to create a fuller look.
