This vintage ornament by  is called "Our Clubhouse" and was an exclusive ornament available only to members of Hallmark's Keepsake Ornament Collector's Club. It features a mouse peeking out the front door of a clubhouse.

Above the door is a green sign that says "Club Members Only." There are candles in the windows of the clubhouse and a wreath on the door. There's a mound of pearly white snow on the roof.

The back of the clubhouse is open so you can see inside. There's a miniature bottle brush tree decorated with red balls, a package, and a teddy bear. The ornament is dated "1988." 

The ornament has been displayed, but is in good condition.

The bottom is marked "Hallmark Keepsake Ornament Collector's Club, 1988 Hallmark Cards, Inc."
